Senior Quantity Surveyor, South West London
A Quantity Surveying consultancy with over 25 years in the construction industry are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on commercial projects in a PQS capacity.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a sociable team where you will take ownership of projects valuing up to circa £20m whilst also providing guidance to the more junior quantity surveyors in the team.
Working alongside the Quantity Surveying Partners, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in working with high profile clients.
Sectors: Commercial, Leisure, and Residential.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- 9+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Have worked in a PQS/Consultancy environment
- Ability to run projects valuing c.£20m
- Client facing
- Good management and communication skills
