Job Details
A leading client-side organisation with an impressive and significant portfolio of property spanning the whole of the UK. The organisation is growing significantly from a property perspective and is currently seeking to add a Head of Estates to lead its property function.
Reporting in to the Director of Property, you will have full autonomy to run the property function whilst managing a small team of chartered surveyors. You will oversee all aspects of property management, managing landlords and tenants, overseeing rent reviews and lease renewals and strategically managing the portfolio to ensure maximum value is realised.
It is important you are a chartered surveyor with significant experience operating in property management. The role requires somebody who is motivated to not only progress their own career but also motivate and develop an ambitious team.
