A well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in the West End are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their business.  Reporting to the Head of Commercial Property Management, this role will be directly responsible for providing facilities management services across a diverse commercial and mixed use property portfolio based predominantly in London.

Key Responsibilities to include:

-          Responsibility for on-site management and security personnel

-          Liaise with occupiers regarding day-to-day operations of buildings

-          Assisting in the financial management of properties

-          Monitoring and review of contractors performance

-          Procurement of suppliers and ensuring best practice

-          Ensuring high quality health and safety arrangements

-          Assisting in the sale of individual properties

Candidates must have proven Facilities Management experience and be capable of manging a large and diverse portfolio. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a high quality service are key to the success of this position. Candidates will have obtained their IOSH or NEBOSH Certification.  Candidate must hold a current driving license.
