Assistant Quantity Surveyor, South London

A multi disciplinary consultancy with a diverse team of Quantity Surveyors are seeking a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor seeking better APC support and tailored career progression.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be involved in providing both pre and post contract services across a broad range of residential and commercial projects whilst also mentoring junior/trainee Quantity Surveyors.

The Quantity Surveyors

  • Preparing budget estimates
  • Cost planning
  • Delivery of projects
  • Assisting Directors
  • Final accounts

The Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying Degree or recognised equivalent qualification
  • Quantity Surveying experience in a PQS environment
  • Committed to achieving MRICS
  • Client facing
  • Confident
