A leading international property consultancy based in Swansea are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their well-balanced expanding building consultancy team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be primarily working on commercial property with a focus on professional work.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor will have the ability to work autonomously within the building consultancy team whilst ensuring that client relationships both new and existing are built upon.

The Role of the Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;

• Design and contract administration
• Dilapidations
• Building pathology
• Schedules of condition
• Party wall matters

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS preferred, appropriate experience considered
• Self-starting and capable of working alone or as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in liaising with clients and generating new business

In Return, the Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;
