A career changing opportunity has been created for a Senior to Associate Chartered Building who has the charisma and drive to help develop the service line for a well-established Consultancy.

The business provides a full range of construction and property services from its office within Cambridge and their Nationwide network. The workload of the building surveying department is commercially focused, dealing with a full range of project and professional duties on behalf of Landlords and Occupiers.

This opportunity is to assist the lead partner in developing the building surveying service line from this office, by managing and developing existing clients while identifying and networking potential clients. Overtime staff management and mentoring opportunities will be given to the successful individual. There is a clear track of progression with the only obstacles being performance and value added.

You will have a degree within building surveying or a related technical discipline. Be a chartered building surveyor with the RICS. It is essential that you have a good breadth of experience within Professional and Project duties within commercial sectors. You will have a solid track record, have a strong technical background and be seen as a leader by your peers. This is an Associate’s position with a track through to Partnership.
