Retail Asset Manager (client side), SW1
Up to £36,000 pa + 25 days holiday, Life Assurance, Pension, Private Health
A leading property company is looking for a Retail Asset Manager to join the established asset management team to take ownership of the strategic & day to day delivery of a multi let property.
As the Retail Asset Manager you will be responsible for:-
- Identifying value add initiatives
- Ensuring smooth day to day running of the property
- Appointing and overseeing leasing to ensure completion
- Negotiating lease events (rent reviews, lease renewals and surrender deals etc.)
In order to be considered for the role the individual will be MRICS Qualified and have some commercial property management (preferably in the retail sector).
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified surveyor who is looking to move client side.
