Job Details
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor has risen to work on a varied commercial property portfolio in Lancashire.
You will be working on their investment and operational portfolio undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals, asset valuations as well as delivering disposals. The portfolio you will be working on consists of retail, offices and industrial units.
About You:
Ideally you will be MRICS and have worked within the public sector for a number of years. It is also preferred if you have a background in development and estate management.
You will be at an advantage if you are a Registered Valuer.
