Job Details

To undertake all forms of Professional Services work.  To promote and grow the Landlord and Tenant instructions from the London Office within the M25 and Central London. Working closely with new and existing clients to conduct Rent Reviews and Lease Renewal negotiations with the ability to take matters to third party or to Court acting as an Expert witness. This will include the preparation of submissions for Arbitration and Court proceedings.

As a RICS Registered Valuer, to value all types of Residential and non-trading Commercial Property within the central and Greater London area, where knowledge is known of the location and form of property class.  To support other Regional offices when needed on larger Portfolios. Valuations to be carried out for Accounts, Tax, Expert, Matrimonial, Purchase and Secured Lending.  

To build on specialist knowledge and client base in high value Residential Assets and D1 Educational and Medical Premises within Central and Greater London plus outskirts.

Develop skills and expertise as an Expert Witness in Dispute Resolution and other technical disciplines/property types such as Section 18(1) diminution valuations.

Client Management – To ensure that clients (both existing clients and potential clients) are provided with a professional and knowledgeable service in connection with the work of the department.

Fee and Cost Management – Responsible for ensuring that all fees and other costs are monitored and processed in a timely way so that income and profit targets are met.

Professional and Personal Development – Responsible for identifying and addressing the relevant development requirements for the job; and ensuring that the appropriate skills and technical knowledge are evident.

Compliance and administration – Comply with and maintain all the relevant professional and in-house procedures and standards, so ensuring good practice and consistency for the department and Company is achieved.

Knowledge – To be aware of changes and developments in professional and ancillary areas and to take steps to expand knowledge of the same.
