Landlord & Tenant Surveyor (Part Time available) – Hertfordshire

£40,000 - £45,000 + car allowance + benefits

Our client manages a mixed estate of offices, industrial and retail properties in Hertfordshire. They are seeking an experienced GP Surveyor to cover the negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears. There will be a lot of client contact and you will have opportunity to add value to the portfolio. This role would suit someone who wants to be busy with an interesting portfolio and not get involved with the politics of a more corporate environment. We would also consider Surveyors who wanted to work on a part time basis 3-4 days per week.
