The Chartered Building Surveyor / Building Surveyor is responsible for the technical and proactive management of an insurance loss.
Summary
- Carry out initial visits and assess damage to a high professional standard
- Engage with local adjusters in all divisions to maximise intake of new business
- Form an integral part of the field team and will be expected to carry out tasks in the most efficient manner to achieve business objectives and team SLAs & targets and comply will all TCF requirement
- Ensure that all work is carried out to a high professional standard

- Extensive professional experience (post chartership) in all aspects of Building Surveying
Requirements
- MRICS Chartered Building surveyor ideal but other bodies considered – MCIOB, ICE, QS, CEng
- Team player
- Posses a driving license and has a good driving history
- Knowledge of up to date Health & Safety legislation
- Excellent customer service skills
