Investment Agent - Boutique Residential Agency -Central London

I am currently representing a boutique development agency based in up market office in the heart of Marylebone to find an Investment Agent. Their business is flourishing and are looking for a senior agent to join their team. The company focus on Land agency for Residential development and also the acquisition of Investment properties which include entire portfolios and Development opportunities. Most recently they have found a lot of success within the PRS market, helping to acquire sites and also source forward funding for the developers.

This offers an amazing opportunity to join a very successful team and involve yourself in one of the highest earning sectors in the market - forward funding. The role will involve the basics of development agency but also involve speaking with funds and HNWI's to secure finance for PRS developments. So far the company have several forward funding deals going through which will find developments equating to just shy of £1bn GDV.

The Investment Agents role will include:

• Working with Land owners and developers to acquire and dispose of assets
• Running appraisals on development opportunities
• Brokering high value deals to secure funding for developers
• Working collaboratively within a team to successfully service clients and customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and customers.

The ideal Investment agent will be likely to:

• Have prior experience working within the PRS sector
• Have 5 years working within Agency
• Be able to carry out appraisals on sites
• Understand planning requirements across the UK
• Have a strong book of contacts and be able to speak to HNWI's and funds to gain business.
