Job Details

  • Long-term contract position on a retained salary basis
  • National retailer with a portfolio of 95 properties
  • Responsible for store refurbishments up to the value of £400K
  • Must have good motorway access, ideally M4 and M5
  • Home based position

Beach Baker is delighted to be retained by a national retailer who is looking to recruit a Construction Project Manager. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Head of Property and consultancy project manager to oversee the refurbishments of three stores located in Berkshire, Somerset and Worcestershire.

My client is looking for a minimum of 5-years' genuine on-site experience working in a consultancy, client-side, contractor or site management environment. Being MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM with experience in the retail sector is beneficial, but not essential. You must also have good commercial awareness, communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
