Contracts Manager - Staines or London

An experienced contracts manager or project manager is required to join an exciting client of ours, who have recently re-structured their construction division and are looking to make a number of hires over the next 18 months.

One of the first they are seeking is a professional contracts manager to manage 3 main projects, all new build and in phase 1, so no taking over troublesome projects mid-way through! These are typically 50-200 units and a mixture of apartments and houses of mixed tenure.

Reporting to the Construction Director, you'll be responsible for the day to day management of the construction for the projects on site, and oversee the construction process. You'll provide a high quality product efficiently and safely within set budgets and agreed timescales. You should have experience of Traditional JCT forms of contracts with main contractors, and ideally private residential new build experience as well as for the affordable housing sector.

Ideally a quick start, and the flexibility to work from home occasionally.

A construction related degree/qualification is preferred.
