French Speaking Analyst – London - £80,000 - £85,000 + benefits

Our client is a real estate investment trust that focuses on acquiring and managing a globally-diversified portfolio of strategically-located commercial real estate properties, which are each let to a sole tenant on a long-term basis.

They are looking to recruit a bright, personable real estate analyst who wants to join a small, but active team and with great career potential.

The Role:

* Complex financial modeling supporting an ongoing asset management and acquisition decision making process

* Maintaining cash flows of existing assets under our clients management

* Writing property summaries/investment summaries as needed

* Analyzing the viability of asset management initiatives and monitoring the ongoing performance of investments

* Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to banks and investors

* Assist the Asset Manager in the active asset management of the French Property portfolio

The Candidate:

* Financially numerate with excellent working knowledge of MS Excel

* First class written and numerical presentation skills and confident use of MS PowerPoint

* Total commitment to high standards with a particular focus on attention to detail

* Professional and positive attitude

* Good organizational skills and ability to run a variety of tasks at once

* Fluent French Speaker is essential in order to assist in the asset management of the French Property Portfolio
