• Design (AutoCAD).
• Project Management.
• Building Surveying & Condition Surveying.
• Contract Administration.

In return for commitment to the role, they offer a salary up to £35,000 for the successful Building Surveyor plus package. A side from this they offer full APC support and structured career progression.

What do they require?

It's essential the appointed Building Surveyor has CAD experience.

Experience of Project Management is also required.
