PMO Real Estate Commercial Lead

Working exclusively with a Global Cost and Project Management Consultancy, we are looking to partner with strong Commercial Lead's who have a proven track record in the corporate occupier space.

Working within the Workspace team, this is a dedicated role with a major banking client. As Commercial Lead, this is an incredible chance to influence the real estate capital planning for the next 5 years of a global banking giant, through working with senior and influencial stakeholders.

Working at Programme level, you will be heavily involved in defining the up front Capital Plans covering retail, commercial office and datacentre projects, as well as leading on reporting, assurance and risk management. In addition, you'll be overseeing project delivery partners.

As the suitable candidate, you will be an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in commercial management within a real estate PMO for a global corporate occupier, with a focus on capital planning. You should be well networked with an appetite to continue this at industry events including those with the British Council of Occupiers.
