Development & Regeneration Surveyor

I am currently sourcing an Interim Development & Regeneration Surveyor to join a Local Authority's multi-disciplinary team.

The role will encompass investment and development activities and projects for the following:

Regeneration Masterplan:

Mixed-use development projects, within a Town Centre. Involves viability, pre-planning, appointing and managing consultants to ensure the projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Investment Strategy:

Acquisition of properties (on and off market) to generate income for the Council.

The role requires:

• Operating with senior management and elected members.
• A sensitivity to the public interest.
• Participating in stakeholder engagement and consultation activities.

Ideally...

• You will be a Chartered Surveyor
• You will have a blend of Public and Private Sector experience

Please note, the current day rate of £300/day is based on 5 days per week. There is scope, for the right candidate, to increase this to £350/day based on 4 days per week.
