Fancy a more varied role within estates?
Things becoming a little stagnant ATM?
I have a great mixed estates role where you will undertake property management, rent reviews, lease renewals and elements of asset management by completing acquisitions and disposals of an investment portfolio. The role will be based out of Birmingham and will require some travel however 3/4 of the work will be office based. This is a great step for someone recently chartered through to senior surveyor level who is strong in estates management but would like to transition their work to asset management.
