Graduate Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor required:

A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy with offices UK wide are seeking a client-facing Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding Huntingdon based team.

This multi-disciplined consultancy offer the full range of traditional building surveying services across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail/leisure and transport/automotive.

The Role Of The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor?

  • Acquisition advisory and due-diligence
  • Contract administration
  • Defect diagnosis
  • License of alterations
  • Schedules of condition

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor?

  • 12+ months experience as a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor
  • Enrolled on the APC pathway
  • A client-facing demeanour, positive demeanour
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor Will Receive;

  • £23,000 - £30,000 basic salary
