My Client is a market-leading, niche Surveying practice who specialise in Compulsory Purchase. They represent homeowners on estate regeneration schemes, providing access to vital advice and expertise.

Due to continued success, they are looking to make multiple additions to their team from Surveyor to Director level. As a progressive and open-minded company, my Client is open to CPO specialists in addition to Qualified Surveyors with limited experience of CPO who have the desire to make the transition.

Senior hires will ideally have significant experience within Compulsory Purchase and have the ability to manage their own caseloads and drive projects forward with passion and enthusiasm. For less senior members of the team, experience of residential valuation and a passion for the sector are key requirements.

Briefly, the opportunity entails the following:

  • Negotiating on behalf of home owners affected by Compulsory Purchase.
  • Inspection, valuation and negotiation.
  • Guiding clients through the Compulsory Purchase process from start to finish.
  • Negotiating regeneration scheme concessions and creative solutions for sales.
  • Regular interaction with solicitors, surveyors, Council’s, developers and a range of other property professionals.
  • Negotiation is mostly with Chartered Surveyors working in private practice.

The opportunity provides the chance to work on key schemes in London with a company who have a great reputation for ethical practice and high professional standards who have enjoyed great success.

In addition, as the company continues to grow and expand, you will have great opportunities to progress your career and play a major role within the success of the company.
