Valuation Surveyor - Urgent - RICS Registered Valuer - Leading Manchester-based Consultancy

A successful, independent multi-disciplinary private practice is looking to recruit an established RICS Registered Valuer to manage and grow their successful Valuation department. 

This is a rare opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company with great potential to progress your career and become a key part of the business. 

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of Valuation instructions for a mix of Clients, which includes, Banks, Prop Cos, Developers and high net-worth individuals.

Sectors will primarily focus on; Commercial, Industrial and Retail. 

In addition to Red Book Valuations, key instructions will include Valuations for; Pensions, Company Transfers and Asset Valuations.
