Graduate Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor required:
An award-winning private practice based in the City of London are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor (12+ months APC diary) to join their close-knit team.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a practice who boast an enviable APC first-time pass rate and will receive continued CPD exposure.
This consultancy has an extremely low staff-turnover rate and has grown year on year since prior to the 2008 recession due to both acquisition of new business and organic growth.

- 12+ months client-facing experience as a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor

- MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A client-facing demeanour
