Job Details
A UAE Bank has a requirement for a Senior Manager with previous real estate sector experience to join their corporate banking division in Dubai.
Focusing on debt financing for real estate projects, the role will involve supporting principals with transactions/lending and advisory work - pitching, structuring, negotiating term sheets, seeking credit approvals and negotiating finance documents.
My client is looking for someone from a real estate consultancy or client side position within the GCC with at least 5 years experience within a development advisory position with strong financial modelling skills as well as experience dealing with real estate feasibility studies, due diligence and advisory.
