Building Surveyor

Your new company
An organisation based in Nottinghamshire currently have a temporary Building Surveyor job due to an increase in workload from new projects that will be starting over the coming months.

Your new role
You will be working as a Building Surveyor on a temporary basis supporting various projects from different sectors, including refurbishment of a building and car park extensions.
You will be responsible for supporting projects from start to finish, including some design work through AutoCAD, putting together specifications, providing advice and have knowledge of working on different sites and the ability to prepare invitations to tender.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Building Surveyor, confident supporting projects and using AutoCAD.
Driving licence and vehicle access are essential.

What you'll get in return
Ongoing full time work on some exciting new projects, expected to last 6 months
