Salary: PO8 £48,495 - £51,453 p.a.

Now we are recruiting forward-thinking and innovative professionals who’ll place Property and Asset Management at the heart of the council’s broader organisational change agenda. 

You will manage a personal caseload comprising a wide range of property deals and transactions. This will include dealing with a variety of property issues, leading on the making of Compulsory PurchaseOrders and other required valuations/development appraisals, etc. 

About you

As a qualified surveyor, you will have extensive experience of carrying out CPO valuations and related statutory valuations in a similar sized complex organisation.

You will also have the ability to work autonomously in meeting your objectives, managing resources and coordinating work carried out by different people and organisations.
