The valuation business is a key strength of the London office, conducting a mix of appraisal and valuation work for investment and banking clients in addition to consultancy advice for both public and private sector clients.

Your new role

This opportunity sits within a highly successful London retail space valuation business where the successful candidate will be tasked with client engagement & business development. You will be required to carry out valuations and appraisals for a range of purposes, including secured lending, consultant and financial reporting. Your will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of assignments referring only to senior colleagues/specialist on highly unusual or technical instructions.

What you'll need to succeed

A prior track record of delivering best in class valuation services within a commercial organisation with particular experience in London. The successful candidate will demonstrate a superior knowledge of the retail market producing detailed loan security reports. You will be client facing and have experience using Argus capitalisation and development software.

What you'll get in return

The successful candidate will be offered an Associate Directors role within the London HQ where you will be responsible for APC training surveyors. There is a competitive salary of £45,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance + Bonus. In addition to the salary package there are a number of corporate benefits to bolster the offering.
