Senior / Associate Valuation Surveyor

An independent firm of chartered surveyors are looking to bolster their successful valuations team due to sizable growth in commercial and residential valuation instructions.

As their chosen recruitment partner, we are seeking a confident and driven Senior Valuation Surveyor with at least 5 years' experience, who has the hunger to earn lucrative commission in a seemingly buoyant market.

This ever-evolving business has gone from strength to strength since bursting onto the scene 9 years ago. They differentiate themselves from their competitors by working with niche clients on higher value fees, while offer a moral, thorough and professional service using long form dictation when completing reports.

Your associated responsibilities role will span from Inspecting properties, providing valuation advice, producing reports for secured lending and development purposes, generating business and maintaining a strong network of clients.
