My client, an extremely successful and highly desirable medium sized project management consultancy are currently recruiting for an Associate Project Manager. This is a senior management level role, encompassing all the technical aspects of a Project Management role. The role will involve the management of other members of staff whilst also taking responsibility for the successful delivery of projects within budget and on programme.

Based out of their slick, City offices this is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate level Project Manager to take the next step in their career. Reporting directly in to the Partner, you will be involved in the making of key decisions around growing the business. You will be involved in a range of commercial projects including new-build offices and CAT-B fit outs.

Responsibilities:

• Project delivery - new-build offices and CAT-B fit outs.
• Client Liaison
• Chairing meetings
• Managing external consultant teams
• Managing internal staff of different levels
• Programme reporting
• Deputising for the Partner when necessary

Basic Requirements:

• Degree in a property related discipline
• Consultancy experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to challenge the design team
• Computer literate

Preferred Requirements:

• RICS or APM qualified
• Associate PM level experience
• Business development skills
• Experience of large, complex projects
