This is an incredible opportunity to join a vibrant and growing development consultancy as their first Quantity Surveyor. They are looking to invest in their growth and bring in a Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager to manage a project portfolio of residential and commercial development schemes, from very early stage development through to practical completion, managing all pre and post contract duties.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on projects concentrated across the North West, focused in various residential, commercial and retail sectors. You will have industry relevant, hands on delivery experience as a Quantity Surveyor and ideally Project Manager.
