Job Details

Estates Surveyor required for an exciting mixed use estate in Beksire. Working closely with the head of the business unit you will be responsible for:

  • Management of Commercial and Residential let portfolio (lease and licence renewals/negotiations)
  • Property Inspections
  • Management of key lease events
  • Tenant and stakeholder management
  • Work with Facilities department to ensure risk assesments and prevantative works are carried out
  • Establish trust with stakeholders
  • Advise on ways to actively manage property needs through short, medium and long-term strategies

Experience you need to carry out the role:

  • Stong and up to date knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law and H&S legislation
  • Thorough understanding of leases
  • Vast knowledge of Property Management and an understanding of other property related service areas
