Our client is an independent Investment & Asset Manager with a diverse portfolio of assets across the UK and mainland Europe. They currently have approx £800m AUM and are looking for a Senior Asset & Investment Manager to join their growing team.
Position Summary
The Senior Asset / Investment Manager is responsible for creating and overseeing customised asset management strategies for the firms clients and funds as well as sourcing and fulfilling Investment opportunities across the UK.
Essential requirements
Must be MRICS
Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate analysis / asset management experience with a focus on office / retail properties & markets
Proficiency with modelling investments in both Argus & Excel
Valuation experience would be a distinct advantage
Package Details - Basic Salary if up to £70,000 per annum plus performance related bonus, Pension and Private Healthcare
