Senior Building Surveyor

A Chartered Building Surveyor is required for a growing Chartered Surveying practice in Kent. The role offers a negotiable salary, subject to experience, circa £50,000 pa.

• Party Wall.
• Condition Reports.
• Dilapidation's.
• Asset Management.
• Insurance works.
• Project Management - maintenance, refurbishments...

They cover the above professional services within a variety of sectors including; residential and commercial.

The successful Building Surveyor will;

• Provide specialist advice and support in the above areas.
• Have proven experience of Project Management.
• Be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS).
• Be ambitious and looking to progress into management in the future.
