Exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Manager experienced in high-end residential projects to join this unique company, specialising in a variety of multi-unit luxury residential projects across the South East.

Company:

Our client is the construction division of a private residential developer delivering a range of high-end luxury developments across the South East from their offices in the centre of Farnham, Surrey. They are a friendly, energetic team, working on a wide variety of projects with properties ranging from single properties of 8000+ sqft to multi-unit sites of 3000-5000 sqft.

Having restructured to form their own construction division then are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to work directly under their Managing Director to ensure the efficient running of projects so as to create maximum profits.

Person Specification: Commercial Manager

  • The successful applicant will be an experienced Commercial Manager
  • Main Contractor background
  • Experience may cover a range of project sectors but will include the residential sector, with high-end residential experience being favourable
  • You will be experienced in the full project life-cycle

Roles & Responsibilities: Commercial Manager

  • Run multiple projects at various stages from start to finish
  • Work effectively to maximise profit on each project

Salary & Package: Commercial Manager

Offering a salary of up to £75,000 our client is keen to put together a highly competitive package focused on a candidates experience and background including an incentive scheme to ensure that your efforts are well compensated.
