Junior Cost Manager - Developer
£35k - £45k basic p.a. plus excellent benefits and bonus.
West End, London
An incredible Developer based in the West End with international investors in the Middle East are contributing to London's most iconic builds and landmarks. My client is growing a team to work on a major iconic project that has just kick started and needs a Junior Cost Manager to join the Commercial Management Team.
You will be reporting into the Commercial Director and Head of Finance, working alongside other Senior Quantity Surveyors and Junior Cost Managers on the portfolio of developments within the high-end residential, hotels and leisure sectors. The role will encompass a range of cost management processes as part of the procurement team, which includes the monitoring of all financial models from forecasting to variations in cost.
About You:
The successful candidate must have a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, having worked previously at a construction consultancy or developer.
Our client can support the individual in attaining MRICS status and would encourage applications from those who have good JCT contract knowledge with the aspiration to work on major sustainable real estate developments.
