Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator is required to support the Programme Management and Cost Management Team serving a client account within the UK&I Region. The role is based in client offices in the city of London. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the co-ordination of programme related processes and finances utilising the clients' Clarity database as the project management tracking tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the set up, running and closure of projects in the Clarity Tool.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to enable project business case approvals.
  • Management and collation of the UKI Rolling Capital Plan.
  • Tracking of Project Funding requests and updates.
  • Change Request management.
  • Database System administrator / manager of the Clarity tool.
  • Administer rights and access to SharePoint, assisting Project teams with administration on SharePoint.
  • Management of all documentation with vendor registration.
  • Training new project managers in client specific governance processes.
  • Collate KPI scores from Project managers and create summary reports.
  • Supporting the Programme Managers with programme level reports summarizing information from multiple projects.
  • Coordinate and prepare various reports and presentations as required.
  • Reviewing current Governance processes and implementing new processes.
  • Peer Review Governance compliance of other regions.
  • General office duties.
  • Attend and take notes at internal and client meetings.
  • Additional ad hoc tasks supporting the Programme Management Team.
  • Assist the Cost Management team to prepare capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist the Programme Management team with the coordination of work, running of vendor networks and communication with contractors and other key vendors etc.
