Building Surveyor -Education

Building Surveyor required for one of the UK's leading developers working within the public sector

Your new role
This is a full time technical role that involves working closely with private and public sector clients, professional colleagues and other disciplines within the business, in order to deliver a high quality and timely end product both as a team and as a part of their multi-disciplinary property offering.

You will report to and assist the local Team Leader - Building Surveying - to deliver Building Surveying commissions and projects as necessary and will be accountable for quality and effective delivery. Projects will include education, commercial, public buildings. You will be required to ensure the successful delivery of your projects, meeting financial, time, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree level qualification or equivalent, Associate membership of RICS or equivalent professional body would be an advantage, or 3 years relevant work based experience. You must be able to deliver high quality solutions, produce building specifications and 2 d Cad drawings. Experience and understanding of Health and Safety, Quality Management and CDM regulations.

This is an immediate role and there are long term opportunities within the post.
