Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Surrey

A professional Chartered Surveying practice with Quantity Surveying offices established across the South East are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to expand their family-feel, fast paced office in Surrey.

Based out of Godalming, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall support a Partner and Quantity Surveying Director on a range of high end residential, healthcare, and education schemes valuing up to £20million.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will also be encouraged and supported through their APC which will be benefited from providing a full range of pre and post contract services.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

  • Working on traditional and Design & Build projects
  • Elements of Employers Agent/Contract Administration
  • Pre contract
  • Post contract
  • APC development
  • Supporting the Directors
