Job Details

Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a global consultancy specialising in providing a wide range of services to the government sector. Together, we are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager/PPM Asset Manager to work with a key client in central London. You will ensure all planned maintenance and inspections are carried out safely and effectively across the portfolio. Working closely with the client, you will consistently assess the performance of all assets and ensure optimum performance at the lowest operating costs. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will take ownership for managing the maintenance supply chain and ensure full statutory compliance at all times.

We are ideally seeking a candidate with an electrical or mechanical engineering qualification with IOSH training and ideally hold security clearance. The successful candidate will have a proven background in managing planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
