Job Details

An Approved Inspector, with an office within Kent, are now recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor or Senior Building Control Surveyor on a salaried basis.

The Role

  • Site Inspections.
  • Plan Checking.
  • Acting as a consultant and giving advice.
  • Mentoring others.

Requirements

  • Ideally CABE or RICS qualified but not essential.
  • Previous AI or Local Authority experience.
  • Ambitious, can-do attitude.
