They have impressive growth plans and want to enhance and expand their Professional team with the addition of a Chartered Surveyor with Lease Advisory experience.

You will be part of a well-established team servicing work across all commercial property types and be responsible for carrying rent reviews, lease renewals and regears. Part of your role will also entail property inspections and viewings, prepare client reports and conduct negotiations on behalf of both tenants and landlords.

The successful candidate will ideally need to be MRICS qualified and have the ability to carry out rent reviews, lease renewal and regears. Our client is also looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills that can develop effective and longlasting relationships with their existing client base as well as promote the firm to the wider business community.
