A leading construction and property consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in the London office. This role will require you to work directly on a high profile Hotel project in a Central London location. This is the perfect opportunity to join a brilliant team of experts.

You will be working on the build of a 190 room luxury hotel in Central London. This prestigious project will the first of many once you have joined this firm, project values will range between £500k and £70m. You will have the opportunity to work across sectors including, residential, commercial and mixed-use - this opening is ideal for someone who is looking to increase their sector exposure.

The Senior Project Manager role requires you to:

• Take ownership of projects and deliver excellence
• Organise, lead and motivate the team
• Manage clients
• Be flexible
• Support continued growth of the team - supporting staff through the RICS APC qualification
• Be approachable, effectively communicating with all parties
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork and quality

Qualification and Experience

• Graduate degree in relevant discipline for construction project management

• Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following field's i.e. construction, project management, surveying

• Knowledge and understanding of services on building projects involving new build and refurbishment
• Experience in project management, specifically in team management and successful project completion
• Those who are from an engineering background looking to move into a Project Manager role are also welcomed
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years post qualification experience
