Quantity Surveyor, Surrey (Gatwick area)

A Quantity Surveying and Cost Management practice near Gatwick airport are seeking a client facing Quantity Surveyor to join their talented and sociable team.

Working closely with the Partners, the successful Quantity Surveyor will undertake both pre and post contract services on a myriad of build projects. You will also assist on a number of high profile expert witness cases.

The consultancy has an excellent track record of offer all of their Quantity Surveyors longevity and progression. An ideal opportunity if you are seeking short and long term development.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

  • Manging project costs
  • Working closely with clients and contractors
  • Monthly site valuations
  • Writing reports
  • Preparing tender and contract documents

The Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree
  • 3+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor (in the UK)
  • Able to build relationships
  • Client facing
  • Good cost knowledge
