Chartered Building Surveyor

A superb platform has been created for a chartered building surveyor, who wishes to be a part of an invigorating business, that is currently looking for a charismatic individual, with the drive and passion to continue their professional journey as a generalist building surveyor.

The business provides a full range of construction and property services from its prestigious Oxford offices.

Specifically, their building surveying department deals with a wide variety of property across the residential and commercial arena, providing advice on design, construction, maintenance, and repair & refurbishments.

The opportunity is for a chartered building surveyor with a minimum of 1 years PQE, who is commercially focused and client facing.

The role will test your strengths and abilities as you will assist the partner in charge, in helping identify new business opportunities, whilst playing a vital role in the management and nurturing of existing client relationships.

Whilst your £1m refurbishment project is awaiting approval for its next phase to begin, you could then find yourself administrating planned maintenance programs or preparing schedules of dilapidations. So a tedious workload is far from what you would encounter working here.

It is essential that you are a chartered building surveyor with the RICS and that you have a good breadth of experience in Professional and Project duties across the aforementioned areas.

You will have a solid track record, have a strong technical background and committed to being the best. This is a significant platform for those wishing to hopefully achieve partnership in the near future.
