An innovative and ambitious national property consultancy located in Birmingham are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their established and expanding consultancy.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be client facing with a passion for the industry working with a range of prestigious clients with focus on the professional services over project work.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be working primarily within the commercial sector and previous experience within this sector would be advantageous.

The Role of The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;

• Schedules of Dilapidations
• Preparing planned preventative maintenance plans
• Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions
• Building strong working relationships with clients both existing and new

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS with minimum of 2 years industry experience
• Self-motivated and a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Experience of AutoCAD would be an advantage

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;

• £35,000 - £45,000
