Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a project manager to join one of the best property and construction consultancies in Oxford.

About you;

We are looking to recruit a project manager who is passionate, diligent, committed, and is ideally professionally qualified. You will ideally have a construction or design related degree, (i.e. quantity surveying, building surveying, project management or architecture) or could have a business related degree or could come from the armed forces.

You will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between clients and project teams. You must be ambitious and willing to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site.

You must have previous experience working in a consultancy and should have experience working on projects from a few million up to £5 million.

The business is a top 20, multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy serving all

market sectors across the UK and around the world. They deliver a number of services including project management, building surveying, cost management, architecture and civil engineering.

The business delivers a number of exciting projects for ground breaking clients worth up to £300 million.

You will be working very closely with an equity partner on a large mixed use scheme worth circa £65 million. This will enable you to showcase your skill set and will provide an excellent platform to progress within the partnership.

Compensation;

• Circa £50,000 basic salary
• 25 days’ holiday
