Real Rec are working with an exciting boutique Mayfair based investment and development consultancy who are looking for a proven commercial investment and development agent to join their entrepreneurial, growing and well-regarded team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to be an integral part of the growth phase of a successful team, where they can be part of the driving force to take them onto the next stage. Our client are looking for candidates with the right attitude and would consider candidates with limited experience, as well as senior candidates who have a strong black book of contacts and who has perhaps been considering setting up on their own, but would also consider senior management roles within a successful company.

Requirements:

- a minimum of 6+ months previous agency, property investment, acquisitions or asset management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and capable of developing and maintaining a network of contacts and clients
- The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision
- Aspirations to grow the business and to be able to develop and implement strategies
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A strong property and investor network

Our client are offering a very competitive basic salary circa £25,000 to £35,000 + a very generous commission structure, excellent long term career prospects and with the ability to earn in excess of £120k.
