Assistant Quantity Surveyor - PQS/Consultancy - Middlesex - Luxury Residential Projects

A small, chartered consultancy based in Middlesex is seeking an ambitious and intelligent Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding QS team and shall provide assistance on several luxury residential projects.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the exciting opportunity to begin their APC training whilst working on projects valuing up to £20 million. It is a hope of the Director that the successful Quantity Surveyor will begin running their own small projects!

The consultancy offers career progression to Senior level and an opportunity to run a portfolio of high end projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be provided with the support and responsibility required to become an excellent Senior QS in the future.

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities
  • Assist a Director
  • Manage small projects
  • Produce cost plans and valuations
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Pre & Post contract services

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be articulate and confident and will have:

  • RICS accredited degree
  • Minimum 15months PQS experience
  • Residential experience
  • Committed to the APC
  • Able to work independently
  • Client facing
