Senior Project Manager

Our client, a leading airport retailer, are looking for a Senior Project Manager with previous experience within a retail and/or airside environment. The Project Manager has responsibility for managing each project programme from inception to completion ensuring all suppliers and contractors are working proactively in partnership; liaise with the internal drawing office to ensure projects are drawn and detailed accurately; work with Airport partners and legislative authorities to ensure projects are compliant obtaining sign off for all works; ensure all contractual documentation is in place as well as purchase orders and warranty documentation; manage the tender process ensuring specifications and documentation are accurate and capture the full scope of the project as well as negotiating and agreeing all final accounts with suppliers. To be considered you will need to have a good level of experience managing retail construction projects and providing guidance and leadership to internal and external teams whether client, design, consultants and contractors.
