Senior Surveyor

THE ROLE

• Advising national clients on several matters such as Occupier Services, Landlord Services, L&T, development, asset management/efficiency.
• Providing commercial solutions in either joint venture arrangements, sale and leaseback and future strategy.
• Working smart to provide new opportunities for other business lines within the company to maximise fee generation
• True consulting internally and externally to deliver on the above.
• Helping graduates reach their full potential.

THE PERSON

• MRICS qualified
• Preferred experience within the whole of General Practice, rather than having specialised in one or two sectors
• Alternatively, an experienced Development Surveyor with experience working with the public sector would be considered
• Good knowledge and experience in working with public centre bodies.
• The ability to produce high quality and detailed reports.
• Commercially minded in order to maximise returns and value by creativity.
